🤓 Geek Out: Wine began to pique the interest of Noëlla Morantin in the early 2000's when a professor randomly inspired her to start learning about wine. From 2001-2003 she interned with Agnès and René Mosse. In 2004 she began overseeing (now defunct) Touraine estate, Les Bois Lucas, where she learned the local ins and outs of Touraine's unique terroir. The recession hit in 2008, and there was an opportunity to lease some of the vines Noëlla was already working. Fast forward to today, and she owns six hectares of her own vines while buying some negociant fruit from trusted growers for her entry level cuvees.
Winemaking: Direct press, fermented and aged in fiberglass vats on the lees. It receives 25mg per liter of sulfur just before bottling
