Richard Rottiers is the latest generation of a long line of vignerons from Chablis, but he chooses to work a small farmstead in Moulin a Vent, Beaujolais. His wines explode with berry fruit and purple flowers in their youth, and become more savory/mushroom in adulthood. Age aside, these wines always deliver amazing quality for the price!
