Adroît | Orange Ribolla Gialla | Lodi, CA | 2021
After a decorated restaurant career of 25 years, Master Sommelier, Chris Miller, left the restaurant floor and started seeking out high quality dirt. Chris believes in organics, cool climates, impeccable farming, and hands-off winemaking.
Chris has 3 labesl-- Bold Wine Co. and Seabold Cellars. Both are Burgundy and Rhone inspired, small-lot, site-specific wines made through a California lens. Adroît is his more experimental label that explores California's underappreciated winegrowing regions and grape varieties.
